I am a certified Yoga Instructor and a professional Ultrarunner..I have been teaching yoga since one year and other weight loss execrises since 2 years..My Easy to grasp training methods keeps the clients interests ongoing....I keep introducing time to time HIIT/Abs Workouts/Dynamic movements and other execrises to break the monotony...
Each session ends with a guided relaxation technique of 10minutes which the clients truly enjoy.
I believe in keeping the clients motivated at all times for them to reach their goals.
