In this entire Yoga journey you'll be experience more than yoga. I'll be use interactive platforms like google meet or zoom.I emphasize engagement through discussion and questions, encouraging students to share their thoughts and experiences.I often demonstrate techniques and then guide students.Usual structure of the class is like conditioning,warm up,main yoga practise,pranayama,prayer.I focus not only on yoga poses but also improve student's mental and emotional well being. My classes are designed for college students, and adults. Each class is tailored to fit the specific needs and abilities of the group.So let's help ourself to cultivate healthy and mindful life.
