Namaste
I have been practicing yoga since childhood and generally did it for the fitness and flexibility.
Throughout my life I have found Yoga to be my go to for relaxation and centering my body and mind when experiencing stress.
I am now certified allowing me to share my learnings to those who want to find better health in both body and mind.

Each 60 minute session commences with a calming mantra to centre everyone before commencing short warm ups and into a range of asanas, moving into flows and ending with pranayam to complete.
I am qualified RYS200 and a member of the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance.
Suitable for all age ranges and abilities.
