Listen to her and let her guide you in your yoga journey if you want your overall health to improve and get better, and trust the healing process also as added bonus i lost 7kg of fat so yeah. It works
I have attended Darshana’s classes for six months, and I can truly see the difference in my body and overall fitness. My strength and flexibility have improved a lot, and I feel more active and positive. I am very happy with her teaching and dedication.
Darshana has been coaching me for the past two months, and the improvement has been remarkable. My back pain and neck issues, which I struggled with earlier, are now completely gone. Along with this, I’ve gained better flexibility and a much deeper understanding of proper body alignment.
