About Jun
My yoga journey began in 2014 when my physical therapist introduced me to yoga as part of my rehabilitation. What started as a way to heal then became a practice of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. As a certified RYS200 yoga teacher, I specialize in Hatha, Flow, and Stretch Yoga, offering energetic flow sessions tailored to meet you wherever you are in your practice. My approach is dynamic yet accessible, helping you build a strong foundation while exploring movement with confidence. I’m also certified in Standard First Aid with CPR AED and registered under the National Registry of Coaches. “Exploration fuels progress; stagnation stifles potential.” Join me for in-person classes in Singapore or online worldwide—let’s move, breathe, and grow together!
