About Neethu
I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves. For me, yoga is more than just physical exercise. it’s a way to bring balance to both body and mind.
I take a friendly and supportive approach to teaching, making sure every student feels comfortable, no matter their level. I focus on proper guidance, patience, and creating a positive space where you can learn at your own pace. My goal is to help you build confidence, reduce stress, and enjoy the journey of yoga in a simple and meaningful way.

My yoga classes are designed to create a balance between body and mind through a calm and structured approach. I focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques (pranayama), and gradual progression to ensure safety and effectiveness. Each session typically includes warm-up stretches, asanas, breathwork, and relaxation/meditation. I adapt my teaching based on individual needs, whether the goal is flexibility, stress relief, or overall fitness. My classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate as well as adults looking to improve their physical and mental well-being in a supportive environment and also to children.
