About Unfold
Hi, I'm Ishan Khatri — a certified Yoga Therapist and Instructor based in Bangalore, India.
I hold a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University, one of India's most respected yoga institutions, along with a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Instructor certification. I have been practicing yoga for 8+ years and teaching professionally since 2020.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of training 100+ students from India and across the world — both online and in person. My students range from absolute beginners to competition-level practitioners, and I have won multiple national and international yoga competition awards myself.
I founded Yognity to make quality yoga therapy accessible to everyone. My sessions are not just about fitness — they are about healing, balance, and long-term well-being. I specialize in:
