About Harsh
I am an investment professional with extensive experience in Equity Investments having worked with both Private Equity as well as Public Equities. I completed my CFA charter a few years back and realized a lot of the candidates who appear for CFA or other professional finance exams have a lot of trouble understanding investment concepts due to lack of experience in the actual financial markets. I hope to implement this practical way of learning in my teaching method, by indulging my students in creating actual financial models of listed companies and securities, as well as, read through their annual reports and go through their financial statements in more detail to help them visualize these theoretical financial concepts which can help them look at the investments as well as the approach to value these in a more practical sense, so as to make them ready for a much more progressive career in the investment industry!

Hands on experience with theory combined with practical working with a walk through financial models and practice exercises to help you learn the CFA curriculum with a more Industry specific approach. You will get to learn about analyzing businesses, Fixed Income Securities and complex options valuation model in a detailed manner. We will start with three statement analysis, valuation approaches, and take a dive into real world examples to learn in a more practical and fun way.
I encourage my students to start paper trading to keep track of your investment performance and rebalance their portfolios if there is any change in initial thesis.
