About William
I am a Ph.D. chemist and postdoctoral researcher at Boston University with experience teaching college-level chemistry and mentoring students in the laboratory. I tutor general, organic, and analytical chemistry, as well as advanced topics such as biochemistry, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. My approach emphasizes understanding the underlying concepts rather than memorizing formulas. I adapt each lesson to the student’s background, course requirements, and goals, whether they need help mastering fundamentals, solving difficult problems, preparing for an exam, or strengthening their scientific reasoning.
