About Alisha
My passion for Chemistry began with curiosity about molecular interactions and chemical transformations. I earned a B.Sc in Chemical Science, where I developed expertise in reactions, structures, and laboratory practices. Over 7 years of teaching, I have guided students in building conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and confidence in the subject. I teach with patience, clarity, and practical focus. I break down challenging topics into manageable parts, use examples, and encourage curiosity and questions. I foster an environment where learners feel capable and supported in their learning journey. Outside teaching, I explore chemical research, laboratory innovation, and scientific literature. These experiences allow me to bring fresh perspectives into lessons. Teaching Chemistry is rewarding because I witness students grow in understanding, analytical ability, and self-confidence.

Chemistry becomes enjoyable when students understand the principles underlying reactions, molecular structure, and laboratory techniques. My lessons cover atomic theory, bonding, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, acids and bases, organic chemistry, and practical applications. I emphasize conceptual understanding, connecting ideas to experiments and real-world examples. Lessons build analytical skills, logical thinking, and confidence in applying chemical knowledge.
I structure lessons according to student experience. Beginners explore foundational topics such as elements, compounds, chemical formulas, and reaction basics. Intermediate learners study kinetics, equilibrium, molecular interactions, and thermodynamics. Advanced learners focus on reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy, multi-step calculations, and preparation for laboratory and exam challenges. Each lesson includes structured guidance, practice exercises, and feedback.
Studying Chemistry strengthens observation, analysis, and logical reasoning. Students develop the ability to understand complex processes and apply concepts practically. My goal is to inspire learners to view Chemistry as a meaningful, approachable, and intellectually stimulating subject.
