About Niva
I have 6 years of experience teaching Chemistry to students preparing for examinations and science-focused pathways. I earned a B.Sc in Chemical Sciences, which provided strong grounding in molecular theory, applied chemistry, and analytical problem solving. This academic background helps me teach chemistry with clarity and relevance.
My teaching approach is patient, structured, and focused on understanding. I enjoy helping students break down difficult chemical problems into manageable steps, so learning becomes less stressful and more rewarding. I encourage learners to ask questions openly and build confidence through steady progress.
Outside tutoring, I stay connected to chemistry through scientific reading, practical applications, and interest in modern chemical innovations. Teaching chemistry is fulfilling because students often move from confusion to confidence quickly with the right guidance. Supporting that growth is what motivates my work.

Chemistry becomes much easier when students understand it as the logic of matter and transformation. In my lessons, I guide learners through atomic structure, bonding, chemical reactions, acids and bases, and stoichiometry with clear explanation and practical problem-solving support. I focus on helping students see patterns in chemical behaviour rather than memorising disconnected facts. Sessions are structured, calm, and confidence-building.
Lessons are adapted to student level. Beginners learn the foundations of elements, compounds, and simple reaction understanding. Intermediate learners strengthen balancing equations, mole calculations, solution chemistry, and lab-based reasoning. Advanced students focus on reaction mechanisms, equilibrium, kinetics, and exam-level analytical accuracy. Practice problems are always paired with step-by-step guidance and correction.
Chemistry lessons help students gain both academic success and deeper appreciation for how substances interact in the real world. Over time, learners become more confident tackling complex questions. My goal is to help students feel capable, prepared, and empowered in chemistry.
