Went to Secondary school and Sixth form and achieved qualifications that luckily lead me to study Children’s Nursing.

Young people go through stressful times and desire to have support from others to help them tackle down the anxiety beast so that they can successfully be happier. I can help by introducing visual and kinetic positive affirmations and meditation such as breathing techniques, which is perfect for young people with anxiety.
