Excellent! She was incredibly helpful and fun! Cheryl is an incredible teacher and she is enabling me to finally gain access to cooking incredible Chinese dishes I have been dreaming about for years. She is thorough, came prepared and very talent. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that is even thinking about it.
