About Sophie
My name is Sophie, I’m twenty years old and I adore singing. I have been singing since the age of about 5 where I used to just sing in the car, mainly Disney and abba! I did have lessons from the age of 9 but decided to stop them when I realised that it wasn’t making me enjoy singing. I have experience in teaching as I have worked with children in music settings as well as a teaching assistant in a boarding school. I have led a choir for a year as well as been head of music at school. I love singing and I would want to share that passion and possibly grow it with you

My lessons would be a chance for students to learn new songs, either their suggestions or mine, to perfect techniques and skills and to explore outside their comfort zone and grow their voice. I would always start with warm ups and then look at particular pieces. The session would be fun and interactive, very relaxed
