About Moloko

I am a Civil Engineer working in the Energy industry and have a passion for teaching and learning. I started tutoring in 2013 in Motlalaohle high school. Starting from 2017-2019, I have worked as a tutor at the Univesity Johannesburg, tutoring module such as; Introduction to Engineering Mechanics(1st-year level), Applied Mechanics(2nd-year level ), structural Engineering, and Project Management (3rd-year level).
I Have a 7-year Tutoring/teaching experience.

About the lesson

My teaching strategies simple and straightforward, I give all the important notes from the back of my head for a particular chapter or topic. Subsequent to that, I do a few worked examples with the learner to demonstrate the theory I have shared before hand.

When the learner has demonstrated to have understood the content and basics, I give a problem/s to solve in order to see if they have understood the content shared with them. As soon as I am satisfied and the learner has gained enough confidence to tackle the other question/problem on his/her own.

I have a very good long term memory, this helps me to be highly efficient and effective when teaching/tutoring.

PRECIOUS KGOMOTSO

I have had the privilege of being tutored by Moloko during my third year of University. He is good at ensuring that his students understand the concept he is teaching and he explores different methods of teaching because he understands that as students we grasp concepts differently. I recommend Moloko to the Superprof community because he is passionate about teaching and learning and he puts in the effort and time that is required to ensure that his students succeed with their academic goals.
