About Lucas
Hello ! I am a valedictorian graduate from the French Conservatoire de Lyon. I hold a Diploma of Music Studies in Classical Piano, Music Theory and Music History (DEM) with Highest Honours and Unanimous Praise from the Jury. I have also won the First Prize at the Beaune Piano Competition (2020) and participated in Masterclasses and training courses held by Florent BOFFARD (National Superior Conservatory of Paris), Laurent CABASSO (National Superior Conservatory of Lyon), Laurent BOULLET (Berlin) and Eric VIDONNE (concert pianist). I am a composer, singer-songwriter, music producer and have released my Debut EP and First Single 'Ereka' in March 2023.

I have been teaching students of all levels, ages and backgrounds in London, Paris and Lyon since 2017. My teaching method is tailored according to the needs and personality of each student. Finding and developing your own artistic voice while having fun playing the piano is at the core of how the lesson is structured. The lessons are flexible in terms of styles (classical, pop...) ; content (Music Theory, sight-reading, playing-by-ear practice can be included if needed) and in terms of levels ; from novice to advanced. The first lesson is completely free and used to get to know each other, for me to learn about your musical aims and preferences and set down markers. Lessons can be held weekly in person, at your location if you possess a piano, online or at a preferred venue in London, at your convenience.
