Absence policy: Absences can happen. I am very rarely absent from my schedule, but should an absence on my part occur, I will work to reschedule our appointment to a mutually convenient time. If you are absent (whether in-person or online,) my policy is -

1st absence - definite reschedule (no harm, no foul, definite refund on future prepaid scheduled appointments if cancelling)
2nd absence - possible reschedule (contingent on reason, possible refund on future prepaid and scheduled appointments if cancelling)
3rd absence - no reschedule; no refund for this lesson (possible refund ONLY on future prepaid and scheduled appointments. A 3rd absence is considered a cancellation of lessons by the student.)
