About Haley
I am an international (American) postgraduate finishing up a Master's in Classics from King's College London. I will be living in Oxford from August 2016 and am looking for new students of all ages and abilities!
I have extensive and successful teaching experience. This is my third year employed as primary Classics tutor for a web-based private high school (Royal Academy Education Inc.). I have a passion for making Classical languages, literature, and history relevant and accessible to all.
I particularly enjoy working closely with students (and their parents) to develop a curriculum which suites their interests and learning style.
One size does not fit all! If a student does not love learning, chances are its due to poor teaching.
As a first generation college student, myself, I also have a strong passion for college access. If a student dreams of going to university NOTHING should stop her.
