* I have been giving Nutrition classes for almost two years now.
* I have taught more than 300 students.
* Most of the students were from non-science background and this course helped then understand nutrition science and they started practising. Now all my students are helping people achieve good results by planning personalised diet plans to their clients. This also helped my students generate good income.

* I am Mrudul Girdhar. I am a practising clinical dietitian and a Sports Nutritionist, based out of Mumbai. After completing my graduation in clinical dietetics, I ventured into the world of sports nutrition to broaden my horizons. I am currently a Certified Sports Nutritionist(USA), Certified Fitness Trainer as well as a Certified Diabetes Educator(USA). I Have lectured at various sports Institute and Mumbai university on Nutrition, also I have taken seminars on nutrition explaining the importance of diet and tips to transform your body.
* Anyone interested in learning the basics of nutrition and looking to achieve good results can be benefitted from this course. Also, a person who is looking to give basic diet to people and help them transform can take up this course. No matter from which field you belong to this course is designed for everyone and you will learn nutrition from scratch.
* It is an online course, hence the location doesn't really matter. Each and every topic will be covered by a virtual class. You will also learn how to design the diet plans. Course material will be provided.
* I believe in the practical approach. Therefore, I have made this course simple so that even a layperson can understand and can apply to self. I will make sure that each and every concept is clear and understood by each student. Most importantly I conduct this course in English, Hindi and Marathi language.
