About Adrian

I have been training for over 13 years, my passion for my own fitness and health started with boxing, developing my skills and discipline. From there I went into strength training in the gym and getting qualified to help others to achieve their fitness goals. For the past 8 years I have been training people in boxing and strength training for fat loss and muscle gain.

Boxing - Lessons run for a 60-minute duration Extremely technique focused ensuring that you learn the right way and improve with every session Not only that but you will get fitter and stronger through the cardio and bodyweight strength training exercises at the end of each session.
