About Esthea
I am a math graduate with a minor in physics. I've had extensive experience in tutoring students with various levels of learning differences as well as high achievers. I was selected by my professors to be the staff tutor at the library for my university free tutoring services where I gained a lot of experience tutoring in math, science as well as stats classes up to junior level undergraduate classes.

My teaching method is based on meeting the students and leading them from where they are. I am good at prompting students in the right direction and asking thought provoking questions as well as using language that stands out to stimulate growth in their longterm memory. The process is more well known as socratic method. I believe in not frustrating the students and giving them adequate information so they can form their own logical conclusions and pathways. After which we reevaluate, review, correct and establish right conclusions as theory and put it to practice by solving a few examples.
