I can tailor my teaching approach to best meet their needs. Once I understand my student's needs, I can develop a clear learning objective that describes what they should be able to know or do by the end of the lesson or unit. With a clear objective in mind, I can then select appropriate teaching methods to help my students achieve it. In order to make the learning experience engaging and meaningful, I would aim to use a variety of teaching resources, including textbooks, videos, online resources, and real-world examples. I would provide regular feedback to my students.
