About George
I've been tutoring for over two years now, and I'm simply looking to expand my reach as an instructor! I have been on both the tutor and student side of the online tutoring experience, so I know firsthand what a good tutor does and provides from both ends. I've prepared lessons ranging from single middle school worksheets to an entire year of math condensed into one exam, and I've developed a strong aptitude for using virtual platforms throughout my two years of experience.
I have spent hours preparing and customizing lesson plans, so all you need to have before we meet is questions and a willingness to learn! Communication with me as your tutor does not end when the video call ends; it's my goal to help you succeed in the way that suits you best.

My teaching process starts before the lesson begins. I think it's crucial to communicate lesson goals before actually meeting so I can come prepared with a lesson and practice materials. From there, I always start by asking if you'd like to look over any specific problems or topics, and I'll provide something from my planning that best suits your needs. My planning for individual lessons and entire preps sets me apart, and I make sure the learning environment stays as low-pressure and easygoing as it can be! I'm always looking for feedback and ways to improve, and there's no request I won't do my very best to help out with.
My lessons are for any 6-12 student's math needs. This could include standardized tests, school projects, individual worksheets, or general study tips. No two lessons have to be the exact same, but there will always be materials for studying and practicing ready to go.
