He was so knowledgeable about songwriting and music theory and taught in a way that really sticks with me, I’ve been able to write songs that speak the message I was exactly going for, and I could not have done it without the one and only mr Harvey McNevin. His style was casual as if we were just having a conversation, but he demonstrated exactly how to write and play my songs in a way I couldn’t have thought of myself. I know he writes his own songs and his lyrics are so meaningful and he tells a story like nobody else I’ve ever come across. I highly recommend this teacher more than anyone else. He is truly one in a million.
