My teaching method starts with examining my students specific concerns, listening to their struggles, and allowing them to feel safe and supported from the start. I then begin to challenge them slowly, building up their strengths and diminishing their weaknesses. I also make sure my students feel empowered by visually tracking their learning process while reminding them that growth is non-linear.
