About Rita
Hello! I'm **Rita Ghosh Saha**, a Global Trainer, Soft Skills Coach, and Communication Mentor with over **22 years of international corporate experience**. Throughout my career, I've worked with global teams across North America, Europe, Japan, the UK, Canada, and the Middle East, helping professionals grow through effective communication, leadership, and people development.
I have had the privilege of serving as a **Global English and Skills Trainer at IBM** and was proud to **represent IBM and win the Toastmasters Championship in 2014**, a milestone that reflects my passion for public speaking and impactful communication.
As I begin my second innings as a teacher, my mission is to empower students and professionals with **Communication English, Soft Skills, Public Speaking, Personality Development, and Interview Skills**. My classes are practical, interactive, and confidence-building, designed to help learners communicate with clarity, influence, and authenticity.
