About Felicity
I help students research, write and think with clarity and confidence. I am a writer and editor with a master's degree in communication and culture and 12+ years professional experience. I draw on my experience as an editor on an international communications research journal and writer of research-based journalism to help you build, shape and improve your written academic work. I also have professional experience in mental health and wellbeing support and am committed to working in a way that is sensitive, motivating and encouraging so you can meet your personal and academic goals. I work in the following academic disciplines: English, Communications & Media Studies, Anthropology, Philosophy, Sociology, History, History of Art. I can also help with personal statements and university preparation. I am fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and my experience as a postgraduate student at a leading Brazilian university gave me a grounding in global perspectives and experience as a foreign student. I offer a warm, understanding space and bring particular passion and lived experience to working with neurodiverse students, international students and non-native English speakers.
