About Liza-Mari
I am a Communication Specialist and have a Communication Science Degree from the University of South Africa. I am also a certified level 5 TEFL teacher from i-to-i TEFL.
Practical experience spans over 18 years in the Insurance, Retail, Engineering and Healthcare industries from positions held in management, call centres, telemarketing, marketing, training and coaching.
The skills that I have acquired from my career and education will enable me to assess each student and tailor the learning to suit them individually in order to enhance their learning experience and equip them with the necessary skills.

My teaching method is based on tried and proven modalities that enables me to assess the needs and motivation of each student and tailor-make each session to ensure positive and measurable results.
As each student has different learning styles, these aspects are harnessed to ensure maximum memory retention and understanding of the material being taught.
I teach various ages from children to adults. Whether you or your child want to learn an additional language, or you want to be able to communicate more effectively in English, or get the edge needed to excel in your career or in business, I would be able to assist you in reaching your goals and help you acquire the necessary skills.
From a business aspect, I would be able to train call centre staff, sales staff and anyone that needs to do business over the phone, online or face to face.
A combination of teaching is used to reach the set-out goals from the start of the training or tutoring journey. Practical examples that are relevant to the student are used, real-life examples and applications are an important ingredient in my teaching style.
