About Paula
I am Paula Barber Vergani and a while ago I went through a difficult time on a personal level.
I started practicing yoga and immediately noticed the benefits of this beautiful discipline. As I felt better, the need to know and learn more about this ancient practice grew in me.
And that's how I became a Yoga teacher. At first it was to satisfy my desire and enrich my practice.
Then that impulse turned into wanting to share something of my path, of what is good for me. And that's where the idea of my instagram came up: yogaybien_estar where I share content.
I assure you that if you practice regularly, even if it is only for a physical reason, you will experience, whether you like it or not, a lot of benefits both on a mental and spiritual level.

I invite you to practice this beautiful discipline that through different techniques will help you improve your well-being (physical, mental and spiritual) and work on self-knowledge.
As a teacher trained in a school with tradition, I am able to dictate different techniques and styles, looking for the one that best suits the needs of the student.
Group and individual classes. Also online classes.
Some styles and techniques that you can practice: Hata yoga, Vinyasa yoga, flow yoga, therapeutic yoga, pranayamas, different relaxation and meditation techniques, etc.
Yoga teacher / teacher registered in FIY (International Yoga Federation) trained at the International School of Yoga with a master's degree in yoga therapy and yoga therapy.

Me gustan las clases de Paula ya que se adapta al nivel de cada alumno y en cada clase trabaja un area o tema distinto.
Es súper paciente y siempre con una sonrisa y buena onda.Me encantan las clases de Paula, explica cada postura con paciencia y detalle, haciendo parecer cada movimiento fácil :) .
Además, he tomado clases de yoga anteriormente y me aburrían, pero las clases de Paula son super dinámicas y eso a mí me encanta.Con sus enseñanzas, Paula me ayudó muchísimo en la gestión de la ansiedad y también a nivel postural. Es una excelente profesora y persona. Sin dudas volvería a elegirla.

Paula es una excelente profesora, sus clases son dinámicas, variadas y se adaptan a las necesidades de cada alumno. Siempre pendiente de cada alumno y de cada detalle, desde la música hasta la decoración y sahumerios, creando un clima muy agradable y armonioso. Es muy atenta y simpática. La recomiendo ampliamente!
