About Tejash
I’m TejASH, and my passion for business administration and management grew from real experiences—working in different industries, studying leadership, and seeing how effective management can transform people and organizations. I’ve always been fascinated by how good communication, planning, and decision-making can create success, and that curiosity led me to pursue business studies after engineering. What inspires me as a tutor is helping students understand that business isn’t just theory—it’s a skill, a mindset, and something anyone can learn with the right guidance. I focus on clarity, encouragement, and practical learning, creating a space where students feel confident asking questions and exploring new ideas. For me, teaching is about empowering learners to think like managers and leaders, and to believe in their potential to succeed in any professional environment.

As a computer science engineer and post-graduate business student, Tejash offers clear, practical, and engaging lessons in business administration and management. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex business concepts and connecting them with real-world examples from operations, marketing, leadership, and organizational behaviour.
I teach using structured explanations, case studies, scenario-based learning, and interactive discussions that help students think critically and apply concepts confidently. A typical lesson includes a quick recap, introduction to new theories, practical examples, and short exercises to strengthen understanding and decision-making skills.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to turn theory into practical knowledge that students can use immediately—whether for assignments, presentations, projects, or career development. I focus on building confidence, communication skills, and a strong understanding of how businesses operate in the real world.
These lessons are ideal for high-school students exploring business studies, college students taking business courses, and beginners who want to strengthen their foundations in management, leadership, marketing, communication, operations, and organizational behaviour.
