Emily is my 14 year old daughter’s piano teacher. To say that we couldn’t be happier, would be an understatement. Emily is professional and instills commitment, inspires passion and sets goals each week. She is also phenomenally grounding and my super anxious and awkward daughter was comfortable immediately. She is friendly and helpful and will be understanding of any issues that may come up. When she took a holiday recently she continued Denise’s lessons online, factoring in an 8 hour time difference was impressive and showed the commitment to her student’s learning journey. As a parent I receive information of how the lesson has gone and Emily gives me a breakdown of what may need to be worked on so I can keep an eye on her. She is easy to approach and it is a privilege to have my daughter taught by such a proficient musician. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Emily is the most experienced and talented pianist I have been taught by. She is very patient and encouraging and I always make good progress under her guidance. Her teaching is very interactive and engaging which makes it great for all ages, especially children.

Emily is a very good and patient teacher. In half a year, she taught my son Grade 2 Piano and he passed successfully. Emily's teaching style is unique and helps students to understand and develop well. Also, Emily gives advice that is not only beneficial towards learning piano, but performing it as well. Emily is a teacher who is concentrated and focused on her students, and their progress and is clearly a passionate teacher.

She is so nice and funny that it is impossible for you to do a lesson without laughing once.
