I met Jaspreet, via a common friend about an year back. I was at a very confused state in my life, where my career and family life were at loggerheads. Through her structured and practical approach she helped me to take many critical decisions for my career and home. Few things she coached me on were how to set boundaries at office without being unprofessional, how to manage family expectations along work, how to be assertive in both office and home to remove friction etc. These aspects have provided a good framework for me to live a happy balanced and fulfilled life.
