I am a Counsellor in private practice, and am registered with the BACP and Accredited with the NCPS.
I have an MA with Merit in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice from BSU. A BSc (Hons) with the OU and a Level 4 in Integrative Therapy from the Life Force Centre
I have 25 years of experience as a trainer within the Emergency Services.

I tailor lessons to your exact requirements. Whether you need help with an upcoming essay or maybe you need some extra input with the practical, session, side of the role I can help.
I am a Person Centred integrative counsellor with experience in TA, CBT, Psychodynamic, ACT and trauma informed work.
My lessons are for anyone registered on a Level 2/3/4 or Degree level Counselling or Psychotherapy course and are designed to supplement that work.
I can work face to face ( in my dedicated therapy room) or online.
Sessions are 60 minutes long - or longer by prior negotiation.
