About Sangeet
I am a mindset coach and counselor who has worked closely with people dealing with stress, confusion, self-doubt, and emotional blocks. Over the years, I realized most people are not weak — they are simply running wrong mental patterns without knowing it. I started sharing my knowledge not to “motivate” people, but to help them understand their own mind so they stop depending on others for clarity.

My approach combines modern psychology, NLP techniques, emotional intelligence, and practical mindset training, not textbook theory or random positivity.
