About Kushaal
I am a CPD Certified Nutrition & Fitness Coach with 3+ years of experience with client coaching, both online and offline. The primary reason behind me wanting to share my knowledge and help you with your fitness journey is because I have made many mistakes along the way in my journey starting out extremely overweight, with no one to guide me. I don't want anyone to feel as underconfident and helpless as I used to, and I just want to make people happy with the way they look and feel.

My teaching technique for both fitness and nutrition lies in integration rather than comprehensive structural changes in your lifestyle. I will evaluate your lifestyle and dietary habits, and help you make small changes within them to help you achieve your goals.
The class will start with progress updates and history, then move swiftly towards the workout itself, where the primary focus is form correction and supervision, with optimal exercise selection, and making sure it is planned with keeping your goals in mind.
I am a native English speaker, but highly proficient in Hindi as well, so communication won't be an issue whatsoever.
I have also transformed myself, so I know both the emotional and physical side of changing your body and mind as a whole.
The class is intended for both men and women from the age of 16-60 who are willing to make a change in themselves, and lose fat or build muscle.
