About Brad
I have worked with hundreds of young children, teenagers and young minds as a Sports coach, volunteer, mentor, and School Sports Coordinator over various sports- so I have a proven track record to positively encourage, engage, and enthusing your mind and get you ready to persevere.
I used to be a high level track athlete, then life got hold of me and I lost touch with the thrill - and the positive benefits and life lessons that running provided.
After a series of challenges presented itself, I remembered my roots- and through hard work, learning the hard way- getting every injury in the book--- I went from a 100m sprinter to being a half marathoner- then full marathoner- then an ultramarathoner. One end of the spectrum to the other!
I live, breathe, and sleep dreaming about the next massive conquest and whoever will listen- I try to tell them how great these sorts of challenges can be to your entire life.
You can truly become a better version of yourself, through hard work, determination- and a bit of sweat and pain.

Have you ever seen a marathon race and thought "my god, what a bunch of insane fools" .. but secretly you think "how good would it feel to cross that finish line...."
Crossing that finish line- there is no greater thrill in life. Trust me, I had that feeling- and every time it gets better. Let me help you get that. Make your kids, wife, husband, friends, colleagues- even your dog- proud.
