About Jean
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with over 7 years of experience teaching college students. My approach is creative, practical, and student-focused. I help students develop strong technical skills while nurturing their unique musical expression. I teach chords, scales, music theory, improvisation, and songwriting. I integrate play-along exercises, interactive sessions, and modern digital tools to make learning fun and effective.
I personalize lessons to match each student’s pace and style. I emphasize accountability, consistent practice, and confidence-building while encouraging creativity and self-expression. Watching students grow, perform, and enjoy music is my greatest reward. I design lessons to be structured, inspiring, and motivating.

I teach guitar with a focus on creativity, critical thinking, and mentorship.
