About Milli
With 8 years of Guitar teaching experience, I focus on helping college students learn in a structured yet creative way. I explain techniques slowly, clearly, and step-by-step so students feel confident even when learning something new. I teach fundamental skills such as chord progressions, rhythm patterns, strumming, fingerstyle, and simple solo playing. I also cover music theory basics so students understand the deeper meaning behind the sounds they create. My innovative methods include slow-practice cycles, visual technique mapping, and interactive song-learning activities. These tools help students develop strong control, timing, and musical expression. I believe in building a comfortable learning environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and inspired. I include creativity tasks, performance practice, and guided improvisation to help them explore music beyond the notes.

My guitar teaching methodology is based on practical experience, understanding, and integrity. I use real-life examples such as popular songs and everyday playing situations to help students understand how guitar techniques are used in real music.
I focus strongly on understanding. Students learn basics like posture, finger placement, chords, rhythm, and timing before moving to advanced skills. Lessons are adjusted to each student’s learning pace.
Communication is clear and encouraging. I explain lessons in simple English and motivate students to ask questions. I provide clear demonstrations and constructive feedback.
Integrity is an important part of my teaching. I am honest about progress and encourage consistent practice. I focus on building discipline and confidence through steady learning.
In addition to Guitar, I also teach related subjects like basic music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, and performance preparation. My aim is to help students become confident and independent musicians.
