About Alexandra
I am in my third year of studying criminology. I have a background in mental health and the struggles behind it. For my career I want to help and guide people how to live a better and happier lifestyle. I have always helped and supported family members and throughout that I have picked up some useful tips for wellbeing.

My teaching method is very relaxed, no judgement and no tellings off. I base my calm teaching method from one of my high school teachers who helped myself through my own personal struggles and this has guided me to be the same within my teaching.
