About Sanka

Hey there! I'm Sanka, a second-year medical student at Bond University. In high school, I studied methods, biology, chemistry, physics, psychology, and English, with Chemistry, Physics, and Biology being my best subjects. Being from the first cohort to do the ATAR system, I know how difficult it is and would like to share some of the tips and tricks I learned in order to succeed! I've also been tutoring students for the QCE System for two years now and have had many success stories. I also currently work as a tutor for Crimson Education and KIS Education, which involves me assisting students both academically and in the university application process. I have my Blue Card (Working with Children) and also a National Police Check, which I’m happy to present upon request. Feeling unsure? No worries, I offer a free 30-minute trial session upon request so you can try before you commit :) I also offer UCAT and Interview preparation (Bond and JMP), please inquire for further details.

About the lesson

I have four years' experience in coaching and tutoring students of all ages from Year 1 to Year 12. I use a holistic approach to teaching, catering it to the student's strengths and weaknesses as well as their learning style. Lessons vary in length based on student need and capability; however, all students will be entitled to a free 30-minute academic consultation to assess their abilities and needs.

Sanka has tutored my children ages 17 and 14 for 2 years now. They are involved in a lot of extracurricular activities and both me and my husband are working during the week, so we needed someone to give them some special attention when it came to their academics. Sanka is kind, thorough and patient in his teaching style and has helped the boys improve their grades from C’s to A’s over the last 2 years, as well as instil a confidence in them through his empowering teaching approach. Highly recommend his service!! Thank you for what you have done for my family Sanka!
