About Liya
Hi everyone! My name is Liya, and I am currently an Applied Medical Sciences student at university. Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a deep passion for science and health, and tutoring gives me the incredible opportunity to share that excitement with you.
I want to teach because I know firsthand how overwhelming and stressful school can feel, especially when you are staring at a complex topic that just won't click. I want to be the person who breaks down those walls for you, turning those frustrating "I don't get this" moments into confident "Oh, that makes total sense!" breakthroughs.
For me, teaching isn't about giving lectures or making you memorise textbooks; it’s about figuring out how *you* learn best, whether that's through visual diagrams, step-by-step problem-solving, or mastering exam techniques together. I want to create a warm, completely judgement-free space where you feel safe to ask any question, make mistakes, and build the confidence you need to absolutely ace your goals!
