I am Sharveesan but you can all address me as Shar. I am from Malaysia which I believe has many types of cuisine which bring wonderful flavours to food. Growing up in this country I have always loved trying new food everywhere I go in the country.

My classes will be on the basics of Asian cooking focusing on Tamil, Malay and Chinese cuisines. Each class would require a minimum of 4 hours to completely grasp each recipe. It’s a very simple home cook module I have created which you can enjoy and share with everyone.
