About Laia
I'm currently a student at the University of Exeter studying Exercise and Sport Science. Having completed Physical Education at both GCSE and A-level, and Psychology at A-level, I developed a deeper interest in both the physiological and psychological sides of athletic performance.
My academic background gives me a deeper understanding of the current syllabus and key exam techniques needed to excel under pressure during exams.
My goal is to make every session clear and engaging, while being directly linked with what examiners are looking for in final exams and coursework.

I ensure to tailor all lessons to students' learning styles and needs. To keep the lessons effective and engaging, I vary my teaching methods - including videos, PowerPoints, and past paper questions. I like to work with mark schemes in order to allow students to be precise in their answers and maximise exam marks.
The duration of my lessons is 60 minutes, with a target audience of GCSE and A-level physical education students.
I studied AQA, but I also teach Edexcel and OCR.
Having tutored some students at my previous school and having done A-level and GCSE PE myself, I am eager to help many more students reach their full potential
