We all learn best when we are feeling confident and genuinely interested - NOT when we are nervous and bored. I have high expectations of both students and myself, always keen to recognise effort and celebrate progress. Students are not shamed for making mistakes as they are challenged to push themselves to the next level. Targets get met with a warm and nurturing approach.
