She seeks to use peripheral aesthetics to promote an anti-colonial perspective that values and celebrates the body, its pleasures, and its possibilities, committing to share the products of these cultures with respect, responsibility, and quality. She actively participates in the struggles for the recognition of the importance of culture and art in society and for the democratization of everyone’s right to access them.
