About Sajid
My name is Sajid Lhessani. I am a data scientist working in Banking and Capital Market. My speciality is to develop trading robots based on AI and Data Science. You can find my videos or articles either on YouTube or Medium. YouTube channel: Algorithmic trading by Sajid. Medium: Sajid Lhessani. After a Master of Engineering graduated in France, I pursued with Master of International Business specialised in Data Science and Finance in the US (Boston). Since my graduation and after working 1 year as a Civil Engineer (before my second master's degree), I start working for BNP at the European Central Bank, modelling their stress test. Then, I joined Deloitte Banking & Capital Market in London to work as a Data scientist for various Banks and Hedge funds (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley ...). And today, I am developing trading robots for my own clients.

The added value that I propose to my student is based on real-life projects. The goal is to come from beginner to expert in the field of coding or algorithmic trading. I taught data science and algorithmic trading to 3,000+ students on Udemy and 80% of them are beginners. (90% of satisfied over 250+ reviews). And I reach the point that I don't believe that spending hours to understand what is an array is the best way to get started. That's why the approach that I am taking is based on 3 factors: - Students' goals - Students' career perspective - Students' experience and easiness with coding Based on these criteria, we will start developing beginner or advanced projects and I will orient the student to the right content for them to progress at their pace and avoid spending too much time on one-to-one lessons. I will be here to help them to progress in the following fields: - Start with programming - Super boost your data visualisation skills - Develop a strong portfolio for your career - How to catch the right people on LinkedIn to get interviews - How to change career if needed (I am an ex-civil engineer and switched to AI and Data Science 5 years ago).
