Dedicated and enthusiastic educator with over ten years of experience in classroom and private tutoring

The present letter is to outline the character of and experience I have had as a parent with a student of Mrs Brittany Young.
Mrs Brittany was my daughter Kayla’s teacher, in Uvita Christian Academy, in Uvita, Costa Rica, while she studied there from 2019-2021. She was very loved by my daughter as an elementary teacher, but also as a member of the community. I remember the students clicking with her as soon as she came to the school. Kayla was very disappointed when she found out Mrs Brittany would no longer be teaching her.
She allowed the students to learn in a safe, fun and respectful environment. She cared about every student, and catered to their individual needs, to allow them to grow to their full potential. She trusted them and gave them responsibilities.
I also remember her as a marking teacher/person in my daughter’s school experience. I would strongly recommend her. I think she would make a great addition to any team as a human being and as a teacher.

I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Ms. Brittany Young who taught my daughter, Clea James during her early reading years, ages 5-7. Her dedication and exceptional teaching abilities have had a profound and lasting impact on Clea's academic journey, particularly in developing her literacy skills and fostering a genuine love for reading.

Before participating in class, Clea struggled with reading, often feeling frustrated and lacking confidence. Ms. Young approached her with immense patience and a keen understanding of individual learning styles. Through personalized attention, engaging activities, and a truly supportive classroom environment, Ms. Young not only taught her the mechanics of reading but also instilled in her a crucial sense of self-belief. Watching Clea's confidence blossom under was truly remarkable, transforming her from a hesitant reader into one eager to explore new books.

Beyond the fundamental skill of reading, Ms. Young ignited a passion for literature. Adapting to Clea's active lifestyle, Ms. Young incorporated activities to make sessions fun and meaningful. She also encouraged critical thinking and deep analysis, moving beyond simple comprehension to help students understand themes, character development, and narrative structures.
