About Fauziyya
As an Educational Psychology specialist and PhD candidate, I am committed to providing professional, patient, and results-oriented support for children with dyslexia and other learning difficulties. I understand that every child learns differently, and I approach each lesson with empathy, structure, and encouragement to help learners build both academic skills and self-confidence.
With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and ongoing doctoral research in learning difficulties and inclusive education, I have developed strong knowledge in supporting pupils who struggle with reading, comprehension, attention, and classroom learning. My academic background allows me to use evidence-based teaching strategies tailored to each child’s unique learning needs.
I create a calm, supportive, and engaging learning environment where pupils feel comfortable expressing themselves without fear of judgment. My lessons are designed to be interactive, easy to follow, and motivating, helping students progress at a pace that suits them while gradually improving their reading, spelling, comprehension, and overall confidence in learning.
Professionalism, patience, consistency, and genuine care for my students are at the center of my teaching approach. I believe that with the right guidance and support, every child can make meaningful progress and develop a more positive attitude toward learning.
My lessons are suitable for primary school pupils, struggling learners, and children who require additional academic support either online.

I am a passionate Educational Psychology specialist and PhD candidate dedicated to helping children with dyslexia learn in a way that makes them feel confident, understood, and capable. I believe every child can improve academically when taught with patience, the right strategy, and emotional support.
My lessons are specially designed for primary school pupils and young learners who struggle with reading, spelling, attention, comprehension, or learning confidence. I create a calm and encouraging learning environment where children feel safe to learn without fear or embarrassment.
My teaching approach is personalized because I understand that children with dyslexia learn differently. I use simple step-by-step teaching methods, repetition techniques, visual learning aids, phonics support, interactive activities, memory-building exercises, and confidence-boosting strategies to make learning easier and more enjoyable. I also break difficult tasks into smaller achievable steps so pupils do not feel overwhelmed.
Rather than pressuring children, I focus on helping them gradually improve their reading ability, concentration, pronunciation, comprehension, writing skills, and classroom confidence at their own pace. I also help pupils develop positive learning habits and reduce frustration often associated with learning difficulties.
Each lesson typically lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the child’s age, attention span, and learning needs. Lessons are available both online and in Abuja.
As an M.Ed holder in Educational Psychology and a current PhD researcher with academic experience in learning difficulties, inclusive education, dyslexia, and child behavior, I bring both professional knowledge and practical understanding into my teaching. My research background helps me understand the emotional and educational needs of struggling learners more deeply.
My lessons are ideal for:
* Primary school pupils
* Children with dyslexia or reading difficulties
* Slow learners needing extra academic support
* Pupils struggling with attention and comprehension
* Parents seeking patient and professional learning support for their children
My goal is not only to improve academic performance, but also to help every child believe in themselves again.
