I have trained various people, including colleagues, friends and some family, offering my life-inspired -and continued acquisition of -knowledge, my insights & experience and my dedication to their success. I walk the talk and lead by example, but if you are thinking that means being shredded and gym-rat ... no. ... my belief being that this area of life should infiltrate where ever you live or travel and I like to say that it really doesn't take much ... but it takes SomeThing.
