As an experienced dancer who has also learned various styles of dance forms, I believe the discipline to dance only comes from the fact that it should be fun and the student should feel free to move their body as the body itself is an expression. My class would be all about it, learning to express from your body, and I’ll help you master that art! That one hour of dance, you will be a completely different person, but still you. Lets help that magic happen, through everything from modern dance, to jazz and contemporary form. Let’s unleash the inner YOU!
